Constraints

Constraints are enforced before an action is ever surfaced. If an opportunity violates a constraint, it is discarded and logged, not shown as a suggestion.

• Protected categories — payroll, benefits, legal.
• Impact ceilings — do not reduce growth spend more than 3%.
• Vendor locks — never touch specific vendors or contracts.
• Amount thresholds — anything above a value requires approval.
